📋 Description

• Take technical ownership of multiple applications, learning their architecture, integrations, and business purpose • Diagnose and resolve production issues using logs, monitoring tools, code, and database queries • Develop, test, and deploy bug fixes and minor enhancements following team engineering and change-management practices • Prioritize issues by business impact, communicate progress clearly, and escalate when needed • Investigate recurring incidents, identify root causes, and recommend preventive improvements • Maintain runbooks, application documentation, and support knowledge • Collaborate with customer stakeholders, developers, QA, cloud/infrastructure teams, and service delivery colleagues • Use approved AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting, code comprehension, testing, and documentation while independently validating outputs and protecting customer information

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience supporting and modifying custom applications in a production environment • Ability to read, debug, and change C#/.NET application code; familiarity with ASP.NET Core is valuable • Working knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, Git, and CI/CD practices • Experience supporting applications hosted in a major cloud platform, such as Azure or AWS • Ability to troubleshoot systematically across application code, databases, integrations, and cloud services • Demonstrated proficiency with AI-assisted engineering tools, including sound judgment about output quality, testing, security, and data privacy • Strong ownership, prioritization, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
