📋 Description

• Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-grade server infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. • Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline server provisioning, configuration, and management. • Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies are in place and tested regularly. • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement security best practices, including patch management, access controls, and threat mitigation. • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively to minimize downtime. • Lead efforts to migrate legacy systems to modern, scalable platforms, including cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Document infrastructure architecture, procedures, and standards to support ongoing maintenance and audits. • Mentor junior engineers and collaborate across IT teams to support enterprise initiatives. • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s preferred. • 7+ years of experience in server engineering, systems administration, or related roles. • Strong expertise in Windows Server, Linux/Unix environments, and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V). • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud architectures. • Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, Terraform). • Deep understanding of network protocols, security, and compliance standards relevant to enterprise environments. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
