📋 Description

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of how new construction and renovation projects are developed, furnished, and completed • Collaborate with Allegion Field Sales professionals to support their roles and learn best practices • Familiarize yourself with Construction Division 8 products and standards • Utilize digital tools and work with the sales team to qualify project leads • Learn and practice prospecting and cold calling skills • Participate in Allegion product and sales training sessions • Act as the first point of contact for Allegion customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone and email • Gain hands-on experience with sales processes, contributing to the development and optimization of sales strategies and workflows • Obtain experience that creates a foundation for growth and future opportunities with Allegion

🎯 Requirements

• Legally authorized to be employed in the United States (no visa sponsorship) • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, architecture, construction, or related field • Completion of freshman year or above by the start of the internship • Demonstrated leadership ability and initiative (e.g., school club officer, sports team captain, resident advisor, leadership on school or work projects) • Passion for building relationships • Competitive spirit and desire to be part of a winning team • High internal motivation, creativity, and forward-thinking ability • Excellent communication skills, particularly in creating and delivering recommendations and information to groups • Strong organizational skills and technological savvy • Ability to stay organized and detail-oriented • Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
