📋 Description

• Drive new business development and expand existing accounts to achieve profitable revenue growth. • Develop subject-matter expertise in our medical wire portfolio and customer applications. • Translate customer requirements into aligned solutions leveraging Alleima capabilities. • Build, execute, and evaluate business plans to meet organizational objectives. • Provide value through strong collaboration—internally and externally. • Support negotiations, pricing, agreements, and quoting activities. • Demonstrate willingness and ability to perform cold calling and effectively manage CRM activities to drive pipeline development.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, medical technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in medical device sales, OEM relationships, or technical consultative selling. • Strong passion for customer engagement, solution selling, and delivering best-in-class service. • Adaptability, a continuous-improvement mindset, and effective communication skills across diverse teams and customer groups are crucial for success.
