âą At least 10 years of progressive marketing experience âą At least 5 years at a Director level âą Proven experience owning and executing integrated marketing programs âą Experience in healthcare, TPA, health plan, or benefits administration strongly preferred âą Familiarity with self-funded employer and broker distribution models highly desired âą Experience in developing and executing B2B marketing strategies âą Experience leading field marketing and event programs at scale âą Strong content strategy and thought leadership background âą Experience building and managing lifecycle marketing programs âą Proven ability to build and manage marketing technology infrastructure âą Experience developing and managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets
