📋 Description
• As a Sales Support Agent, you’ll be the friendly voice behind our home delivery service for frozen food and wine. • Outbound Sales: Call customers to update delivery times, reschedule, or take new orders. • Offer special deals & add-ons! • Inbound Support: Help with orders, cancellations, reschedules, and general questions via phone or email. • Customer Care: Create happy customers with your empathy and positivity!
🎯 Requirements
• Secondary school diploma • Native Dutch or Flemish • Basic PC skills • Sales or hospitality experience = a plus!
