• Team up with hiring managers to understand hiring needs • Post jobs and search for candidates across platforms • Screen applicants and conduct interviews • Arrange interviews and handle logistics • Keep track of recruitment progress and update dashboards • Help shape our recruitment and employer branding strategy • Support internal talent development as part of our talent process
• Has 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment • Knows how to source top talent like a pro • Is confident using LinkedIn and social media • Loves working independently but also thrives in a team • Is fluent in English (bonus points for a second language!) • Has experience with ATS tools like Teamtailor • Can commit at least 20 hours per week
