📋 Description

• Provide individualized basic and treatment nursing care to residents • Identify residents' individual needs and actively contribute to planning daily routines • Support new admissions and residents returning from hospital • Assist in maintaining compliant, audit-ready documentation • Contribute to maintaining and improving care quality • Offer a listening ear to residents and their families

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse (e.g., geriatric nurse or registered nurse) • Open to applicants with or without professional experience • Team player with empathy in dealings with residents and colleagues • Able to work independently, solution-oriented, and with a sense of humor • Experience with digital documentation of nursing processes • Willingness to work across all shifts (including nights and weekends) • Good basic IT affinity / comfort with technology
