📋 Description

• You represent the (Flagship) Store Manager and support all operational matters to ensure the proper and smooth operation of the store. • You support the training and development of employees, including coaching sales processes and teaching sales techniques. • You carry out sales activities in the store. • You assist in developing and implementing measures to increase customer satisfaction and achieve commercial targets. • You actively participate in the development and execution of sales-promoting (local) activities in coordination with relevant stakeholders. • You monitor staff capacity and scheduling, including preparing duty and vacation rosters for final approval by the Store Manager. • You actively use social media channels in line with the sales strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial or business administration vocational training. • At least 2 years of professional experience in retail, telesales/telemarketing, or customer operations, ideally in the telecommunications industry. • Ideally some initial leadership experience. • Very good knowledge of telecommunications solutions. • Strong understanding of sales methodologies/techniques. • Fluent German language skills, written and spoken (C1 CEFR).
