📋 Description

• Provide individual basic and treatment nursing care to residents • Identify individual needs and tailor an activating daily routine accordingly • Manage admissions and residents returning from hospital • Support the team in ensuring audit-proof documentation • Make a significant contribution to maintaining quality of care • Always have an open ear for residents and their relatives

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a certified nursing professional (e.g., geriatric nurse and/or health and nursing nurse) • Team player with empathy in dealing with residents and colleagues • Experience with digital documentation of care processes • Willingness to work across all shifts • Basic IT affinity
