📋 Description

• Assume project responsibility for new construction projects from initiation to completion • Conduct site analyses for new builds • Support planning, contract negotiations and the implementation of new construction projects • Prepare profitability calculations and business plans • Act as the project contact during the project phase and ensure compliance with budgets and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree with a business and/or technical background • More than 2 years of relevant professional experience • Familiarity with common MS Office programs, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel • Excellent organizational, communication and facilitation skills • Solution-oriented and structured approach to work
