📋 Description

• Financial and administrative management of commercial properties • First point of contact for tenants • Close cooperation with technical property management • Coordination of external service providers • Correspondence with tenants, owners and external parties • Maintenance of master data as well as monitoring and administration of lease agreements • Reporting, budget preparation and budget control • Preparation of operating and heating cost statements • Support with year-end closing tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training in the real estate sector (preferably with an additional qualification as a certified real estate specialist/Fachwirt) • Several years of experience in managing complex properties • Solid knowledge of tenancy and contract law • Basic knowledge of financial accounting (including invoice verification and simple account coding) • Good written and spoken English is desirable • Independent, responsible and team-oriented working style • SAP knowledge desirable
