📋 Description

• Scheduling, arranging and admitting residents to the facility • Providing pre- and post-admission support for residents • Acquiring new residents through close, regular contact with physicians and hospitals • Conducting conversations with residents and their families and handling complaints • Performing administrative tasks related to occupancy management

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training as a Registered Nurse or qualified health and nursing professional • Experience with electronic documentation systems • Customer-focused, team-oriented, confident and solution-driven working style • Strong interpersonal skills
