📋 Description

• Incident management, problem management and service request handling at 2nd-level support for Windows clients • Packaging and integration of software for deployments • Testing of software and applications • Contributing to cross-team, cross-departmental and cross-location collaboration • Quality assurance of individual and team deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree or vocational training in computer science or a comparable qualification, with practical experience in system integration • Extensive experience with Windows client systems and operating systems • Confident use of MS Azure (Intune, Entra, VM, Log Analytics) • Practical knowledge of Windows Registry, PowerShell, PSAppDeployToolkit and AppFactory • Basic ITSM knowledge • Agile, solution-oriented mindset • Team-oriented and systematic working style with strong communication skills
