• Manage the admission of new residents from the initial consultation through to documentation • Ensure audit-compliant nursing documentation in collaboration with the Nursing Manager (PDL) and Quality Officer (QB) • Analyze and further develop core nursing processes • Support the team by providing individualized basic and treatment-related nursing care • Deliver short training sessions, case reviews and on-the-job guidance • Play a key role in ensuring the quality of care
• Completed professional training as a qualified nurse (e.g., geriatric nurse and/or registered nurse) • Experienced in nursing documentation and familiar with current standards and guidelines • Team player with empathy in dealings with residents and colleagues • Strong process and quality awareness • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style • IT affinity and confident user of documentation and planning systems • Enjoys coaching and mentoring colleagues
