📋 Description

• Develop electrical engineering concepts and prepare customer proposals • Serve as the central point of contact in the project for customers, suppliers, and internal and external partners • Independently manage projects — from planning through turnkey handover • Lead projects and ensure compliance with budget, quality, and schedule targets as well as all occupational safety requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or Energy Engineering, or a technical vocational qualification (e.g., electronics technician, electrician) with further certification as a technician or master craftsman • Ideally, professional experience in energy supply and distribution • Experience in energy engineering projects across different voltage levels • Knowledge of contract and claim management is an advantage • Experience in electrical plant construction and project coordination is desirable • Very good German language skills, spoken and written, and preferably basic knowledge of English • Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a structured, independent working style
