📋 Description

• Planning and conducting wound rounds • Wound documentation and creating wound anamnesis • Optimal wound prevention, prevention or minimization of pain burden • Supporting the treating physicians with conventional wound care • Assisting in training nursing staff • Individual basic and treatment care of residents • Documentation of the nursing process related to the resident • Ensuring care quality in collaboration with the team • Being a sympathetic listener for residents and their relatives

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse, geriatric nurse and/or health and nurse with additional wound manager qualification • Team player with empathy in dealing with residents and colleagues • Independent, solution-oriented working style • Willingness to work in all shifts • Some IT affinity
