📋 Description

• You coordinate the day-to-day business operations • Develop and further develop your team through training and coaching • Visual merchandising – implementation of presentation guidelines • Plan in-store activities • Efficient and effective personnel planning • Analyze store performance and financials • Active selling and sales generation

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial or business-related vocational training (or equivalent) • Relevant experience in textile/apparel retail • Preferably prior experience managing a shop • Strong numerical skills and commercial/business acumen • Leadership skills and high interpersonal competence • Strong interest in fashion and trends • Team player with good communication skills • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
