L'Occitane Türkiye is the Turkish arm of L'OCCITANE en Provence, operating both an e-commerce site and physical stores to sell natural-origin skincare, body care, hair care, fragrances and spa services. The site and brand emphasize provenance (Provence-inspired formulations), premium personal care products (shea, immortelle, almond collections), gift sets and in-store treatments, together with loyalty programs, customer service and secure online checkout.

📋 Description

• You will lead the store, manage your team, support their development and recruit new staff • As the main point of contact you will be an inspiring role model for your team • You will guide customers on a “journey through the Provence” and provide comprehensive product advice • Staff scheduling, vacation planning and merchandise management are part of your responsibilities • You will analyze sales figures, derive and implement sales initiatives and keep targets in sight • You will ensure attractive presentation of the store and merchandise and organize events in line with L’Occitane’s sales strategy • You will actively communicate the company’s values, philosophy and commitments externally

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in the beauty or fashion sector and in retail • Some experience in team leadership or readiness to take the next career step • Understanding of and interest in KPIs and retail-relevant metrics • Passionate, proactive and persuasive in sales • Teamwork comes naturally to you • Availability to work, including Saturdays • Good German language skills for professional product consultations
