📋 Description

• Support and deputize in the operational day-to-day management of the restaurant • Lead and develop a young team • Set quality and service targets • Hands-on involvement in daily service operations • Staff scheduling, inventory management, restaurant operations planning & budgeting • Ensure quality and hygiene standards, including monitoring restaurant KPIs • Conduct job interviews and select employees • Conduct employee training

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in the hospitality or hotel industry • Good German skills - at least C1 level • Experience managing teams • You act as a motivator and a mentor/support contact for the team • An eye for talent • Service-oriented working style
