âą Demonstrated experience in provider recruitment, healthcare staffing, network development, or provider contracting support. âą Knowledge of behavioral health provider roles. âą Experience with multi-channel recruiting strategies. âą Strong negotiation and analytical skills. âą Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and Excel. âą Experience in EAP or behavioral health networks preferred. âą Background in contracting or credentialing preferred. âą Familiarity with geospatial analysis or network dashboards preferred.
