📋 Description

• Monitor daily data synchronization status in the CRM UI • Reimport data when required to resolve synchronization issues • Set up new client integrations and configure client accounts in the CRM UI • Test integrations before production release using Postman and the CRM UI • Verify incoming events and data mappings • Follow up with clients to collect missing technical information • Assist with testing after integration updates or platform releases • Optionally guide clients through the API integration process using integration documentation • Investigate and troubleshoot basic integration issues before escalating them to the development team

🎯 Requirements

• Basic understanding of APIs and web integrations • Enjoyment of working with data and troubleshooting technical issues • Willingness to grow experience in a SaaS environment • Ability to test APIs with Postman or curl • Ability to read JSON payloads • Experience reading server/access logs • English and Ukrainian proficiency implied by the bonus language requirement • Additional languages besides English and Ukrainian are a bonus
