• Conduct cold calls and manage outbound sales calls • Handle incoming calls and emails professionally • Assist customers with policy inquiries, changes, claims, and payments • Provide information about insurance products and services • Perform administrative tasks as needed • Maintain excellent communication and follow-through with clients • Demonstrate strong leadership and time management abilities
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent communication and customer service skills • Must be a self-starter with the ability to adapt quickly to changes • Previous sales experience preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook & Word) and other computer applications • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to follow detailed instructions • Must obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license within the first 3 weeks of employment (limited to two attempts) • Successful completion of a background check with the Georgia Department of Insurance.
