• Availability during Pacific Time Zone business hours. • Manage a team of 10–15 adjusters or vendor partners. • Develop and execute strategies for employee performance and claims handling. • Analyze unit reports and support business unit objectives. • Monitor staffing levels and workloads. • Provide coaching and mentoring.
