📋 Description
• Deliver exceptional agent and customer experience through efficient chat-based claims support • Lead a team to drive performance through coaching and accountability • Develop and implement performance strategies to enhance team effectiveness • Oversee negotiation and resolution of complex claims
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in Bodily Injury Claims or related field • Proven experience in Claims Processing • Strong negotiation and conflict management skills • Excellent performance management abilities • Ability to analyze data and performance metrics
