📋 Description

• support the organization by managing the review, drafting, negotiation, administration, and execution of a wide variety of commercial agreements • assist with other legal and compliance related matters • serve as a key business partner to internal stakeholders, helping identify contractual risks, improve contract processes, support legal and compliance initiatives, and assist with corporate governance and records management • draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including services agreements with healthcare customers, vendor contracts, confidentiality agreements, software license agreements, settlement agreements, information security agreements, business associate agreements, and real estate transactions • assist attorneys with contract analysis, contract disputes, and risk management • support HR department regarding employment-related contractual matters • conduct preliminary research on legal issues • continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of legal contract support • manage the company’s contract life cycle management system • assist with corporate governance related items

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, legal operations, healthcare contracting, compliance, or a related function. • Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering commercial agreements in a healthcare, healthcare services, healthcare technology, or revenue cycle management environment. • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, contract administration, risk assessment, and document management processes. • Experience with corporate governance. • Knowledge of healthcare-related agreements, including Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), confidentiality agreements, vendor contracts, and service agreements. • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Experience and general proficiency working with AI tools and LLMs, including, without limitation, Claude and Copilot. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively partner with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
