📋 Description
• Investigate and manage non-attorney represented bodily injury claims • Evaluate coverage, determine liability, assess damages, and negotiate claims • Work directly with customers to gather information and explain claims process • Identify potential subrogation or fraud and partner with internal teams to achieve best outcome
🎯 Requirements
• Active insurance license or must terminate existing appointments prior to onboarding • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Basic knowledge of bodily injury claims handling and insurance policies • Proficiency in case management and claims administration • Able to meet customer service skills requirements
