📋 Description
• Define, deliver, and manage the lifecycle of one or more products in Allstate's growing product portfolio. • Manage strategic product vision, product discovery, roadmaps, and backlog. • Use customer feedback, market analysis, and data gathering to make decisions about product strategy. • Engage in discovery, test and learn activities to quickly validate assumptions and product direction. • Manage the product backlog, create an effective vision and provide timely stakeholder feedback on development iterations.
🎯 Requirements
• 7 or more years of experience product management or software development (Preferred). • Functional knowledge of Python, React, and Java. • Familiarity with AI tools and patterns for product teams.
