📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance recurring and ad hoc financial reports, dashboards, and analyses that provide actionable insights to business partners and leadership. • Analyze financial performance, identify key drivers of results, and communicate findings through clear and compelling presentations and reports. • Translate large volumes of data into meaningful business narratives that support strategic decision-making. • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to answer complex business questions, often with limited direction or incomplete information. • Use fact-based, forward-looking analysis to identify emerging risks, opportunities, and trends impacting financial performance. • Investigate variances, isolate root causes, quantify impacts, and forecast business implications. • Prepare financial updates, executive presentations, and supporting materials that clearly communicate key insights and recommendations. • Continuously improve reporting processes, data quality, and analytical methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness. • Thrive in an environment with significant gray area, using sound judgment and analytical thinking to determine the most relevant insights and recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, business analytics, accounting, finance, consulting, or a related analytical field. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to uncover insights from complex data sets. • Advanced proficiency with Excel and experience working with financial models, reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms. • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences. • Demonstrated curiosity and a proactive approach to identifying trends, asking questions, and solving business problems. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving business needs and ambiguous situations.
