📋 Description

• Lead and oversee complex insider threat investigations, including data loss, fraud, system misuse, and policy violations • Ensure investigations are conducted in accordance with Allstate policies, legal requirements, regulatory standards, and internal controls • Direct investigative strategies across SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, and on‑premises systems, leveraging digital forensics, behavioral evidence, and correlated analytics • Partner closely with Allstate Legal counsel on privileged matters, escalation decisions, and engagement with law enforcement or external partners when warranted • Provide clear investigative insights, risk assessments, and recommendations to Insider Threat leadership and executives • Build, mentor, and lead a team of investigators, reinforcing professional judgment, confidentiality, and ethical investigation practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in insider threat programs, cybersecurity investigations, or risk analytics • Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams • Strong knowledge of data analytics, behavioral monitoring, and forensic investigation techniques • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR)
