• Previous experience as an outside adjuster • Experience handling claims with multiple trades • Proficiency in using Xactimate and relevant software for estimating • Strong critical thinking and technical skills to assess damages • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to travel to customers' homes and handle virtual claims • Detail-oriented and organized
