📋 Description

• Responsible for profitable growth and increased market share within assigned geographic area. • Accountable for execution of the market's growth plans and successful development of Territory Sales Managers. • Facilitate Territory Sales Manager documentation of accurate records in CRM software. • Collaborate with TSM's to assist with agency-specific strategic business plans. • Consult with "Key accounts" to gather market intel and promote National General products. • Guide sales execution and manage frontline Territory Sales Managers. • Deliver on the business unit's annual execution plan for growth, profitability, and agency engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience (Preferred) • 4 year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) • Coaching • People Management • Profitable Growth • Sales Management • Strategic Collaborations
