📋 Description

• Provide strategic partnership to the executive and senior leadership team. • Consult on broad business strategies to elevate and prioritize talent-driven initiatives. • Provide evidence-based consulting on strategic talent initiatives. • Build strong relationships across HR and business leadership. • Lead change management efforts tied to organizational transformation and talent implications.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience across HR, organizational effectiveness, strategic consulting, or related areas • Proven experience advising and partnering with senior leaders on complex HR programs and initiatives • Demonstrated success developing and executing talent strategies aligned to business priorities • Proven ability to operate independently in a consultative, executive-facing environment • Demonstrated ability to influence, challenge thinking, and build credibility across HR and business leadership.
