📋 Description

• Exceed new business production and loss ratio goals • Position and promote insurance products to Independent Agency Partners • Manage agency appointment pipeline and support corporate initiatives • Consult with Independent Agents and gather market intel • Deliver annual execution plan focusing on package coverage growth • Collaborate with product and operations teams on market issues • Handle quote and issuance flow of assigned market

🎯 Requirements

• 4 year Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred) • 5 or more years of experience (Preferred) • Consultative Selling • Relationship Building • Sales Management • Strategic Collaboration • Territory Management
