📋 Description

• Responsible for consistently exceeding agreed upon new business production and other KPIs. • Managing agents of an assigned market to increase company market share. • Promoting full suite of National General Insurance products into Independent Agency Partners. • Collaborating with Independent Agents to assist with business plans and performance analysis. • Handling quote and issuance flow of assigned market.

🎯 Requirements

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred) • 5 or more years of experience (Preferred) • Knowledge of the independent agency channel, including industry competitors, major brokers and national industry associations. • Strong understanding of production data and reporting to analyze agency-level performance. • Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
