📋 Description

• Coordinate end-to-end French translation and review requests (receipt, prioritization, assignment and delivery) • Translate and proofread content from English to French, ensuring accuracy, clarity and adherence to company terminology • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to clarify requirements, set expectations and ensure high-quality deliverables • Work closely with external language service providers and team members to meet deadlines • Support document preparation (formatting, layout and pre-translation analysis) using specialized tools • Maintain translation memories and terminology databases to ensure consistency and efficiency • Conduct terminology research to provide accurate translations that are culturally appropriate • Contribute to continuous process improvement and participate in special projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in translation within a company or agency • Bachelor's degree in translation (English to French) or equivalent studies • Bilingual in French and English, with strong written translation and editorial skills • Excellent organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously • Proactive, able to work independently and manage competing priorities • Strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders from diverse teams • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Practical knowledge of translation management systems and CAT tools (memoQ, FlowFit or other) is an asset • Curious and committed to continuous improvement, with an interest in optimizing workflows and processes
