📋 Description

• Lead a large geographically dispersed Claims organization • Drive results through continuous improvement, portfolio management, product implementation, prioritization and incremental technology budget oversight and contract support • Achieve income target by leading execution of strategy and processes to manage severity for their territory and increasing deployable capital by achieving claims expense ratio targets • Collaborate with senior leaders across the organization to drive efficiencies to achieve targeted growth of the business by exceeding country-wide customer satisfaction goals and extending claim technology strategies to support growth • Point of contact for line of business to SVP providing counsel in making strategic plans to ensure efficiency and productivity • Create and execute a sound talent development strategy for claims anticipating changing business circumstances • Motivate and provide leadership to team members and ensure the proper allocation of employees to the highest priority deliverables; ensure employees have the appropriate structure, tools, resources, required to perform their job at the highest levels • Ensure the development of a diverse pool of talent to meet current and future organizational needs • Create an environment that values diverse backgrounds and perspectives where people work together effectively

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility and achievement in Claims, Finance, Operations, and/or Project Management leadership roles • Extensive experience leading large cross-functional teams; exceptional project management skills • 4 years Bachelor’s Degree (Strongly Preferred) • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered • Has and maintains all appropriate licenses and registrations for the role per state requirements, if applicable
