📋 Description

• Conduct detailed case analyses, focusing on the review of legal documents and identification of critical issues that affect case progress. • Draft pleadings, defenses, appeals and other procedural documents, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with deadlines. • Provide direct client service, offering strategic legal support and maintaining clear communication about case developments. • Organize and manage legal spreadsheets, case data and internal information to ensure departmental efficiency. • Produce strategic legal reports to assist managers and clients in defining strategies and making decisions. • Support the development and implementation of internal legal procedures, promoting organization and workflow control. • Handle medical fraud cases, with a focus on analyzing indicators, investigating irregularities and supporting internal and external investigations.

🎯 Requirements

• Active and in-good-standing OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association). • Proven experience of at least 2 years handling judicial and administrative proceedings, particularly in drafting procedural documents, defining legal strategies and strict deadline management. • Ability to manage procedural and administrative deadlines, with strong organizational skills, a sense of priority and commitment to technical quality. • Knowledge and practical experience with legal tools such as case and document management software, as well as court electronic systems. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both for producing technical, objective legal texts and for consultative, strategic client service. • Postgraduate studies in Civil Law, Civil Procedure and/or Medical Law are desirable, with emphasis on practical application and technical depth. • Specific knowledge of Medical Law is desirable, including familiarity with health regulations, medical liability, hospital contracts and regulatory aspects involving clinics, hospitals and health insurers/operators.
