📋 Description

• Hearings, appearances, small claims/special courts, defense, drafting simple petitions; • Deadline tracking, issuance of court forms and payment slips, filing appeals (including appeals and embargoes); • Answers/defenses and appeals;

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent); • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); • Basic knowledge of Civil Procedure; • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the role or in similar activities;
