📋 Description

• Manage and maintain financial spreadsheets, ensuring the organization, updating and accuracy of information related to the firm’s accounts payable. • Process payment requests, ensuring deadlines are met and compliance with the finance department’s internal procedures. • Monitor the accounts payable workflow, track due dates, record entries and report any discrepancies to management. • Support the administrative and financial routines of the department, contributing to the efficiency and organization of internal processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related fields. • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel for managing and controlling financial spreadsheets. • Demonstrate organization, attention to detail and commitment to deadlines, which are essential for accounts payable routines. • Be proactive, responsible and willing to learn the finance department’s internal workflows and processes. • Available to work Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:18, in a hybrid model with one in-person day per week.
