📋 Description

• Assist in preparing periodic financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements • Perform bank reconciliations • Ensure that financial planning and analysis practices comply with internal policies and external regulations • Prepare and present financial reports to investors and clients, highlighting results and projections • Gather information directly from real estate developers and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of financial data • Collaborate with various departments to collect information and understand financial needs

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the real estate market is a plus • Familiarity with chart of accounts • Understanding of financial scenarios, including costs, expenses, sales and other critical factors • Support the creation and maintenance of financial models for projections and scenario analysis
