📋 Description

• Develop and maintain backend features and APIs for our core platform • Improve database performance, reliability and real-time data processing • Debug, profile and optimise code to keep latency low and systems stable • Collaborate with AI, frontend and product teams to integrate new capabilities • Contribute to architectural decisions and shape the evolution of our backend stack

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years’ experience building production-grade backends (Python is a must; additional experience in Go, C++, or Java is valuable) • Solid in SQL and data modelling (PostgreSQL or similar) • Experienced with REST APIs and cloud environments (AWS preferred) • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of a problem • Startup mindset — quick to ship, focused on quality, allergic to bureaucracy • Nice to have: Linux debugging and performance tuning, familiarity with orchestration (Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible), experience with data pipelines or analytical databases, interest in edge/cloud hybrid architectures
