📋 Description

• Review new candidates daily and keep their profiles accurate and complete • Match candidates to open clinic roles by location, commute distance, part-time or full-time availability and certification • Contact candidates by phone, text and email, and screen them • Follow up with inactive candidates, remind them before interviews, and check in after interviews • Schedule interviews with clinics • Keep every candidate's status current in the applicant tracking system (ATS) • Flag open roles that are not filling and explain why • Work the candidate pool independently each day • Contact new candidates within 1 business day • Own end-to-end interview scheduling, attendance confirmation, and follow-ups

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of recruiting, sourcing or staffing experience, ideally high-volume • Clear, warm spoken and written English for talking with US candidates • Strong follow-up discipline • Careful record keeping • Reliable internet, a laptop, a headset and a webcam • Availability during 1AM–9AM PST (1PM–9PM ET) • Experience in US healthcare, behavioral health or ABA recruiting is nice to have • Familiarity with Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) jobs is nice to have • Experience working with a US-based team is nice to have
