• Ensure the efficient management and smooth running of all Airport/Train Station student transfers • Bear overall responsibility for meeting Alpadia’s ambition of successful student transfers • Manage the performance of the Airport Representative Team • Maintain positive relationships with our transfer providers • Quality control every aspect of transfers • Complete all administrative tasks speedily and professionally • Manage all staff effectively and respectfully, considering their personal development • Lead meetings to drive performance and relay important messages • Lead and assist with the training and induction of staff members • Safeguard and promote the wellbeing of all students in our care • Manage all student/parent/agent queries effectively and respectfully • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders in our camps, head office, transfer providers and customer care teams • Effectively manage and respond to student/parent/agent complaints in a professional and timely manner • Ensure the administration, in terms of weekend departure/arrival data and UM details are well organised and delivered to partners on time • Manage your working relationships professionally and sensitively
• Management experience in junior education / learning • Experience in working at airports or train station in a similar position • Experience working with juniors • Experience in a role involving organisation /travel/ education • Ability to manage a team of diverse personalities and skills • Professional experience in holiday course centres or similar structure • High sense of responsibility, organisation and initiative • Ability to multitask and overcome stressful situations • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines • Ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with children and young people • A positive attitude to the use of authority and maintaining discipline • First Degree or similar • A high degree of IT competency - Outlook & MS Office (specifically Excel) • Desirable: Management experience in a summer school environment • Managing multiple departments and teams • Teaching qualification • Excellent English, with an additional European language • Emotional resilience in working with challenging behaviours • Demonstrates an exceptional level of attention to detail • Management degree • Safeguarding and Welfare experience with under 18s
