📋 Description

• Ensure the efficiency of the appointment flow and provide operational support to the sales force, actively contacting clients and rigorously managing schedules and performance indicators. • Ensure the integrity of system records and contribute to the technical training of the team to optimize business opportunities and streamline commercial routines. • Proactively contact the client portfolio following planned routes and established scripts. • Schedule virtual meetings, ensuring the organization of the commercial calendar. • Manage any visit cancellations, promptly informing consultants and the team, and actively rescheduling dates. • Maintain control and management of personal KPIs related to appointments, analyses, sales, and follow-ups. • Record and update the visit schedule in management platforms and corporate calendars (Google and Justech). • Register insureds and associates in the current systems, ensuring data integrity. • Serve as a technical reference for training new employees, guiding them on operational practices and workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma (completed) • Microsoft Office suite.
