📋 Description

• Partner with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements, develop user stories, and map as-is/to-be process flows to inform design and development • Configure and administer Salesforce CRM, Experience Cloud, Reports/Dashboards, and Einstein capabilities to meet business needs • Apply Agile development practices to manage and deliver enhancements, working collaboratively within sprint-based delivery cycles • Recommend and implement Salesforce best practices, prioritizing configuration over custom development wherever possible to achieve business outcomes efficiently • Support and configure Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions, leveraging Lightning Platform capabilities • Contribute platform expertise on Vlocity/Public Sector Solutions configuration, where applicable • Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce configurations and serve as a liaison between business and technical teams • Maintain platform documentation, including process flows, user stories, and configuration decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Three (3) years of direct, hands-on experience with Salesforce products and the platform • Demonstrated experience working within Agile development methodologies • Experience configuring Salesforce CRM, Experience Cloud, Reports/Dashboards, and Einstein • Experience configuring Vlocity / Public Sector Solutions • Experience working directly with users to develop user stories and as-is/to-be process flows for design and development purposes • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce configuration best practices, with a preference for declarative solutions over custom code • Demonstrated experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the Lightning Platform • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable platform requirements • Active Salesforce Administrator certification • Additional Salesforce certifications: Beyond Administrator (e.g., Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant)
