📋 Description

• Carry out consulting engagements or manage projects for prestigious asset management clients, including Asset Managers, Private Banks, and Investor Services Providers • Plan and implement national and international consulting projects in asset and wealth management • Develop strategies and deliver high-quality work products within expected timeframes and budget • Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep key stakeholders informed about project progress and expected outcomes • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks • Develop industry-recognized know-how and contribute to the growth of asset management consulting • Participate actively in setting up and developing the German location • Proactively support or manage one or more internal business areas • Keep up with current business and industry trends relevant to clients • Participate in the development of the firm's practices and commercial development

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting experience, ideally gained at top financial institutions or consultancy firms • Understanding of market trends, drivers and outlook of the asset and wealth management market • First-class communication, presentation and problem-solving skills • Excellent command of Microsoft Office • Proven track record in client relationship development, including client account support/management and preferably support for business development/sales initiatives • Stakeholder management and influencing skills with clients, colleagues, and junior team members • Ability to work in a team, professional motivation and initiative to take on substantial responsibility from the start • Strong academic background • Fluency in English and German is required; other languages are a plus • Willingness to travel within Germany and internationally • Relevant certifications are a bonus, such as PMP, CAPM, CAIA, CFA, Prince2, or Lean Six Sigma
