📋 Description
• Lead end-to-end program management for mission-critical pricing initiatives • Orchestrate cross-functional execution across Product, Sales, Legal, and Finance • Design and institutionalize a global governance framework for pricing models • Partner with leadership on market research and defining KPIs • Develop executive communication for pricing initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• 8–12 years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, or Strategy Consulting • Deep expertise in B2B SaaS pricing and packaging • Advanced modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets • Ability to translate complex data into a strategic narrative • Proven ability to build consensus and drive alignment across senior stakeholders • Highly organized and comfortable with ambiguity
