📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of a high volume of client implementations in coordination with client technical teams • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Account Management / Account Executives) to ensure success • Manage the post-sale implementation process • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Ensure a seamless transition for our clients • Work closely with both the Technical Implementation and Account Management teams • Develop and execute detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including account management, product, marketing and sales, to gather necessary resources for a successful implementation • Conduct regular meetings and communications to keep internal and external clients informed of implementation progress • Create and modify training programs for each client engagement • Proactively identify potential risks and issues during the implementation process and develop mitigation strategies • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor and report on team and individual performance • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improvements • Develop and maintain comprehensive playbooks to guide future implementations • Partner with Account Managers and Adoption Specialists to drive adoption and value realization

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4+ years of experience as an implementation manager, customer-facing project manager and/or in enterprise customer success • Passionate about learning and always seeking the next challenge • Robust problem-solving and critical thinking abilities • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment • A systems thinker with a proven track record of turning processes that lack structure into effective, repeatable, scalable programs • Obsessed with adding value to the client experience • Ambitious, with impeccable integrity and curiosity • Comfortable analyzing and leveraging data to inform decision making • Demonstrates excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Experience with any/all of the following: Intercom, Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, Catalyst
