📋 Description

• Design and build high-quality, performant, and scalable software systems across backend and frontend • Own the technical architecture and reliability of backend services alongside frontend microapps • Lead technical design discussions, clarify requirements, and deliver effective, maintainable solutions • Own full-stack development projects from backend APIs in Python or Java to front-end integration • Serve as architectural glue across multiple domains • Apply DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native engineering best practices • Mentor and coach engineers and raise the technical bar across the team • Collaborate with globally distributed teams and cross-functional stakeholders • Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies • Build and integrate intelligent features using LLMs, agents, and AI frameworks • Partner with other teams to integrate and optimize intelligent features and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline • Minimum 8 years of software development experience building scalable, high-performing, and robust applications • Strong proficiency in JavaScript with solid experience in full-stack development • Expertise in modern web frameworks such as React, TypeScript, and GraphQL • Experience with at least one backend language/framework, such as Node.js, Java, or Python • Strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, multithreading, and distributed systems • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, such as DynamoDB, MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, Solr, Vespa, or Lucene • Cloud-native development experience with AWS or GCP • Skilled with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm • Familiarity with observability tools and platforms for monitoring, logging, and tracing • Experience with service reliability, on-call ownership, and incident triage for production systems • Ability to lead technically within distributed, cross-functional teams • Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or Copilot • Track record of driving AI adoption within engineering teams is a strong plus
